Embodied Perception, 2022

Embodied Perception is a series of altered photographs that conceptualize human behavior, on how we construct our own narratives and the realities of our personhood as an embodiment of perception. The individual/internal perceptions of ourselves, notions of self-subscribed values, and the agency to override misinformed/misguided definitions of our character.  In considering the views from exterior vantage points, the liminal space in which to decide to conform or not, deconstructing and reconstructing our own realities. Our identities on display– living exhibitions–installed in the public sphere.
